Order data: services ordered, amounts, order history. Card details are entered exclusively on the payment gateways' secure pages and are never stored by TUNIHUB.

Browsing data: technical cookies and, with your consent, audience measurement cookies.

Processing and tracking orders, invoicing, activating and supporting services, responding to contact requests, improving the website and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. Orders, invoices and payments processed on this website relate exclusively to TUNIHUB AGENCY’s own software subscriptions and IT services purchased by professional clients. No payments from tourists or end customers on behalf of third parties are processed here.

Performance of the contract (orders and services), consent (contact form, non-essential cookies), legal obligations (accounting, tax) and legitimate interest (website security).

Data is intended for authorised TUNIHUB staff and, solely for service purposes, our processors: hosting provider, payment gateways (SMT / SPS and international gateway). No data is sold to third parties.

Client data: duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years. Billing data: 10 years in line with accounting obligations. Contact requests not followed up: 1 year. Cookies: 13 months maximum.

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
